Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the item’s delivery.  Shipping costs are non refundable.

***Jewelry sales are final, unless the item arrived damaged. See Damages for more information.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@medusaoutfitters.com please include your order number and a brief description for your return (didn’t fit, don’t need, etc). If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and require packages be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt for any damaged or incorrect items. Notify us at customerservice@medusaoutfitters.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged or incorrect item so that we can get a new item out to you in a timely fashion.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: jewelry, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
In order to exchange your item, please contact us at customerservice@medusaoutfitters.com with a brief description for the reason of the exchange. You will be sent a return label and will have 7 days to mail the item back to us. You are then able to reorder the correct item. 

Please note, exchanges have the same 30 day policy as a return. In order to be eligible for an exchange contact us within 30 days of the item’s delivery. 


Refunds
Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can only be processed to your original payment method, if you no longer have access to your original payment method please contact your financial institution or agency to claim the funds once the refund has been sent.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be issued, refunds are not initiated until the items has been received by us.
